We are an on-demand graphic design service for businesses around the world.
You will be guided through simple 4 step process once you get started:
Provide us the details of your design request through our briefing flow
We’ll get started on crafting out your perfect design
Once done, you can review and provide feedback via our internal system
Once you are happy with the output, we will provide you with all the final source files for your use.
How Long Do I Have to Wait for My Requests?
Each design is custom made based on your submitted brief and will have a different output time. However, we will always aim to provide your initial design request within 24 - 48 working hours. Kindly note that large complex designs may require more time and be subjected to batch delivery.
What Happens If I Don’t Like My Design?
Within our system, you can view your designs and pinpoint the exact areas which need revision.
Do I Have to Sign A Long-Term Contract?
At Brandripe, we offer you complete control and flexibility over your plans with NO long-term commitments. You can change, pause or cancel your plan at any time.
How many requests are being worked on at the same time?
Your designer will focus on one design request at a time, while clients with the Gold Package can have up to two active requests in progress. If your design needs exceed this, you can add additional designers to accommodate the workload.
To ensure efficiency, you can pause a request in your queue if you need more time to review a provided design. This allows the designer to move on to the next project seamlessly.
Our project team reviews your account every morning to optimize your designer's daily workflow and ensure maximum productivity.
Can you submit requests from different brands?
Of course. You can submit requests from all the different brands under your account.
It is a simple quick process, just create a brand profile through your account, upload all your brand assets and then select the brand you would like us to work with.
What are our work hours?
We are headquartered in Malaysia and work Monday to Friday, 10AM – 6PM (GMT+8), all year long. We are closed 6 days a year which happen during CNY, Christmas, Hari Raya and New Years.
