How Does Brandripe Work?
We offer a fixed-price design service subscription plan for businesses around the world. Unlimited designs and unlimited revisions, all for a flat monthly fee.
You will be guided through simple 4 step process once you get started:
Provide us the details of your design request through our briefing flow
We’ll get started on crafting out your perfect design
Once done, you can review and provide feedback via our internal system
Once you are happy with the output, we will provide you with all the final source files for your use.
How Long Do I Have to Wait for My Requests?
Each design is custom made based on your submitted brief and will have a different output time. However, we promise that your initial design request will be delivered within 24 - 48 working hours.
What Happens If I Don’t Like My Design?
You will be able to submit unlimited revisions based on the work you have received. Within our system, you are able to view your designs and pinpoint the exact areas which need revision.
Do I Have to Sign A Long-Term Contract?
At Brandripe, we offer you complete control and flexibility over your plans on a month-to-month subscription basis with NO long-term commitments. You can change, pause or cancel your plan at any time.
How many requests are being worked on at the same time?
Your designer will operate on one design request at a time. If your design needs additional time to review, you may pause that request in your queue so the designer will know proceed to work on the next project.
Our project team will oversee your account every morning and determine the projects your designer needs to maximise their daily efficiency.
You could also upgrade your plan to add multiple designers and increase your daily output.
Can you submit requests from different brands?
Of course. You can submit requests from all the different brands under your account.
It is a simple quick process, just create a brand profile through your account, upload all your brand assets and then select the brand you would like us to work with.
What are our work hours?
We are headquartered in Malaysia and work Monday to Friday, 10AM – 6PM (GMT+8), all year long. We are closed on Public Holidays following the Malaysian Calendar.
