Editing Your Subscription Plan

We recognize that all businesses will go through different seasons and will require different design capacities throughout the year. With Brandripe, we offer you greater flexibility to add or subtract the number of designers in your subscription plan, as and when you need. To add more designers, head to the _Subscription_ tab under your profile and click on the ‘Add New Designer’ button and follow that process through.

If you wish to upgrade/downgrade any of your existing plans, simply click the ‘change plan’ button under the plan name.



Changes to a subscription such as upgrading or downgrading can result in prorated charges. For example, if you upgrade from our RM1,899 Basic package per month subscription to the RM2,799 Premium Package option, you’ll be charged prorated amounts for the time spent on each option. Assuming the change occurred halfway through the billing period, you'll be billed an additional RM949.5: -RM949.5 for unused time on the initial price, and RM1,399.5 for the remaining time on the new price plan.

The current billing period’s start and end times are used to calculate the cost of the subscription before and after the change.
